The Role

Senior .NET developer

Responsibilities

• Be an integral member of the software development team
• Develop innovative software with an emphasis on desktop, server, and web applications
• Deliver projects on time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality
• Conduct unit tests, performance tests, functional tests and carry out system documentation
• Provide the system with database scripts and verify data integrity among sub-systems/external systems
• Provide technical support during the implementation/production of the system
• Interact and follow up with customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects
• Reports to software manager/project manager on system development status

Qualifications

Must have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in software development and system support
• Good English communication skills
• Good organization, and time management skills
• Reasonable knowledge of Azure services technologies such as Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus, and Reddit
• Experience with SOLID principles and Clean Architecture
• Experience with Databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
• Experience in .NET Core
• Experience in building RESTful APIs using http://ASP.NET
• Experience implementing CI/CD in Azure DevOps
• Analytical thinking skills to be able to analyze problems with a focus on connectivity, traffic flows, and security
• Ability to effectively communicate technical details to non technical team members
• Experience with React Framework
• Can be strong in Backend and be willing to learn Frontend skills

Nice to have:

• Implement infrastructure as code (bicep)
• Work proficiently at both strategic and tactical aspects of a project
• Ability to code complex programs and derive logical processes
